Room Rentals

Capital City Campus (CCC), in the heart of Pierre, is the perfect location for your next meeting, family reunion, or holiday event.

CCC has five type of rooms available on campus to accommodate a variety of groups. Take a peek below! Both internet and handicap access is available in each room and catered food is allowed unless otherwise indicated. Each room comes with a standard list of office supplies including:

        • Small notepads/post-its
        • Scissors

Room accessory add-ons are available for an additional fee and can be requested on the Room Rental Request. Add-ons include:

        • Easel ($5)
        • Flipchart with Marker(s) ($10)
        • Projector/Screen Sharing using HDMI or flash drive technologies ($50)
        • Keurig Coffee ($2 per K-cup used)
        • Registration Table (No Charge)
        • Coffee/Lunch Table (No Charge)
Technology Accessories

All rental space requests must fill out the online Room Rental Request form which includes an overview of building rules and expectations, a contract, and notification of the cancellation policy. Room Rentals are subject to sales tax unless proof of tax-exempt status is submitted.

Please fill out the Room Rental Request below and allow 2-3 business days for confirmation. The Room Rental Request will be individualized and may need a separate Room Rental Proposal that will be communicated through email. Please call the Office Manager at 605-773-2160 with any questions or concerns.

With 4 large windows and a stunning view of the South Dakota Capitol Building, 202M CUC Foundation Boardroom seats up to 12 comfortably at the table, but its spacious design can hold up to 20, offers Wi-Fi and screen sharing capabilities using your own device.

Capital City Campus (CCC) has a total of four classrooms, (103M, 109M, 111M, & 206M). Each classroom seats up to 30, offers Wi-Fi, whiteboards, and projection equipment. Technology in the classrooms allows for screen sharing capabilities using the PC provided, or from your own device using HDMI or flash drive technologies.

CCC's, 106M, Avera St. Mary's Auditorium is the most sought after space! With seating for approximately 70, this beautiful space offers a whiteboard, Wi-Fi, two large screens, screen sharing capabilities using the PC provided, or from your own device using HDMI or flash drive technologies, and even has cameras for your Zoom presentations!

The smallest space to rent at CCC, 200M Oahe Federal Credit Union Seminar Room, seats up to 10 comfortably at the tables, offers Wi-Fi, a whiteboard, and screen sharing capabilities using your own device with HDMI technology.
